Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a technique which uses light touch to promote the flow of lymphatic fluid within the lymphatic system and surrounding tissues. The goal of treatment is to reduce swelling and support lymphatic health.
The client will remain appropriately draped at all times. Positioning of the client depends on the area being treated and client comfort. Most general health sessions of MLD place the client face up for the duration of the treatment.

30 Minute SessionIf you've never had MLD before, this is a great place to start and often is focused on the neck and face. This can also be a great length for subsequent sessions when focusing on one specific region of the body.

60 Minute SessionAfter an initial 30 minute session to introduce you to MLD, the 60 minute session may be an option. This session length is often used to focus on the whole body for general health or injury, or when working with more complex concerns.
