Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues (muscle and connective tissue) to promote relaxation and general wellbeing of the client. Various techniques and levels of pressure are used to achieve treatment goals. The client will remain appropriately draped at all times. Positioning of the client depends on the area being treated and client comfort and may require the client turning on the table from face down to face up.
30 Minute SessionThis session length is often used to address one specific region of the body and could look like treatment to the back and neck only.

60 Minute SessionWhen multiple regions of the body are the focus, a longer session length is needed. This could look like treatment that focuses on the upper body (back, neck, arms, scalp), or back and lower body (glutes, legs, feet), or any combination of upper and lower body.

90 Min. Combo SessionSome clients prefer a session that includes both typical massage therapy techniques as well as lymphatic drainage (MLD). This often comprises a generalized full body treatment that concludes with MLD to the neck and face.
